My groupmates and I learned that making strawberry wine requires cleanliness, careful , and patience to achieve the wanted result. We also learned that every ingredient plays an important role in fermentation, such as yeast, which ferments sugar into alcohol. In the end of the activity, we realized that winemaking is a serious task, every step of the process lead  to producing a quality wine and  one wrong move will  affect the fermentation.

The most challenging part of the activity is figuring out the correct amount of yeast. Because if the yeast isn't correct , the strawberry wine will  end up not ferment properly.
